My academic journey began during my undergraduate studies in Administration, where I was selected as an educational monitor for the organizational behavior course at my current university. I hold both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Administration from Brazil's Federal University of Pernambuco, and these credentials have received official recognition from Germany's Zentralstelle für ausländisches Bildungswesen.

Throughout my academic path, I've passionately delved into various aspects of technology in Human Resource Management and its related fields. Presently, I'm pursuing my PhD in Administration at the University of São Paulo, with a research exchange program at Hochschule of Bremen. My primary research focus centers on investigating the utilization of algorithms in the selection process and examining their far-reaching implications.

As a University Lecturer in Human Resource Management at Hochschule Bremen and the MBA advisor for the People Management course at Esalq (Escola Superior de Agricultura "Luiz de Queiroz") from the University of São Paulo (USP), my research interests encompass interdisciplinary subjects. I focus on areas such as training and development, e-HRM and its societal implications, digital solutions for People Management, and their impact on diversity and addressing inequalities.
